and any national language that can be German, French or Italian.
You can easily communicate and ask questions during the
inspection of your new property. We also have people at our office
for planning and service who speak English and any national
language, so feel free to call us when you have any questions
according to structural or administrative problems with any kind
of property.
Our customers are encouraged to join the inspector during the
inspection. However, is not mandatory, we can do it without your
presence if you are not available.

Preliminary house energy evaluation before any CECB/GEAK/CECE
or CECB Plus/GEAK Plus/CECE Plus with 3 types of renovations.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in the European Union,
EPCs are regulated by Energy Performance of Buildings Directive
2010, but in Switzerland is a regulated cantonal energy certificate
for buildings CECB/GEAK/CECE. Some Cantons have policies in
place requiring energy ratings with an CECB/GEAK/CECE before a
selling a property.

Energy rating for 3 areas:

Efficiency of the house envelope
(Rating A-G)
This is the quality of the thermal protection of the house envelope.
This means how is the thermal insulation of walls, roof, floors,
windows, thermal bridges and more.
The efficiency of the house envelope is the most important
parameter for assessing the heating requirement of a building.
•
Energy Efficiency (Rating A-G)
The evaluation of energy consumption for heat production,
domestic hot water, electricity and own production of electricity.
Energy agents used (gas, fuel oil), the use of renewable energies
(solar, heat pumps).
•
Household CO2 emissions
(Rating A-G)
The classification of direct CO2 emitted by the house for heating
and domestic hot water.
